When we refund

• You paid but we could not unlock your downloads within 24 hours.
• A downloaded file is corrupted or does not match the preview, and we cannot fix it.
• You paid twice for the same order.

When we do not refund

Downloads are digital and instant. Once you have downloaded a file successfully we cannot take it back, so we do not refund for a change of mind, spelling mistakes in text you entered, or printing errors. Please proofread your card carefully before you download and print.

How to ask

Write to us on the contact page within 7 days of payment with your order code and the problem. Refunds go back to the account you paid from, normally within 7 working days.
